Booking and Payment
  • Booking with full payment in advance to get 5-10% discount for all tours & activities all over Bali island.
  • Booking and Pay as you go, made a payment after your tour is completed.
  • Online Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card or Paypal.
  • Free Cancellation. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the tour start date will receive a full refund minus any non-refundable fees.
  • Any changes to the tour itinerary must be requested in writing and are subject to availability.
    Additional costs may apply for any changes made to the original itinerary.
  • It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure they have all necessary travel documents, including a valid passport and any required visas.
  • Travelers are responsible for their own health and safety during the tour.
    It is recommended to have travel insurance that includes coverage for medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and lost luggage.
  • The tour operator is not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or additional expenses incurred during the tour that are beyond their control.

  • Coverage includes medical expenses, trip cancellations, and other unforeseen circumstances that may arise during the tour.
  • Medical Expenses: In the event that a participant requires medical attention during the tour, this insurance policy will cover all necessary medical expenses incurred, including hospitalization, medications, and transportation to medical facilities.
  • The participants should be all ages for tour and activities, minimum 5 years old and maximum 65 years old.

    C. MEDICAL EXPENSES MAX: IDR. 20.000.000

    Exclusions: Some exclusions may apply, such as pre-existing medical conditions, reckless behavior leading to accidents, or participation in activities not approved by the tour provider. Please refer to the policy document for a full list of exclusions.
